About

Evidence first, always.

A London-based analyst and consultant who reads how an organisation actually works — and turns the findings into decisions that stick.

I'm a Business Analyst and Consultant based in London, with hands-on experience in organisational assessment, business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder engagement and data-driven recommendations. I'm at my best when I'm working out where strategy, operations or procedures are holding an organisation back — and turning that into evidence people can act on.

My approach is methodical: choose the right research and data-collection methods, analyse and interpret what the evidence shows, then translate it into clear recommendations and implementation plans. I'm comfortable across both qualitative and quantitative analysis, and I advise SMEs and commercial clients directly.

Just as important is bringing people with me. I facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews, keep the conversation grounded in evidence, and present findings so they support confident decisions — pairing an MBA with a software-engineering background that helps me bridge the business and the technical detail.

How I work

Four principles I hold to.

01

Evidence over opinion

Every recommendation is grounded in research and data — not assumption or guesswork.

02

Clarity

Complex findings explained simply enough that stakeholders can actually act on them.

03

People-first analysis

Workshops and interviews that surface the real picture, not just the official one.

04

Always improving

A genuine appetite for self-development, new methods and sharper tools.
